Barry Yellin

Barry E. Yellin is the founding attorney of Yellin Lawyers, PC, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. Mr. Yellin prepared for his career by completing his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor at Rutgers University, followed by his Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University College of Business, and finally his Master of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He now runs a prestigious boutique firm, where he handles wills, trusts, business agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, tax planning, and tax law-related matters. Before starting his firm, Mr. Yellin worked as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he focused on sophisticated tax and financial accounting matters for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, including tax planning and structuring, financial accounting, and tax compliance. Additionally, he helped create a training course on charitable and gift planning. As a partner at a boutique law firm, Mr. Yellin handled various legal tasks, including reviewing, negotiating, and drafting business and employment agreements, deferred compensation plans, and agreements for mergers and acquisitions. He also assisted with complex business and healthcare transactions and provided asset protection and estate planning advice to high-net-worth individuals. During his tenure, Mr. Yellin created individually-designed estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
