Jack Addesso

Jack A. Addesso, J.D., is the founding attorney of Jack A. Addesso PLLC, Mt. Vernon, New York. With over 49 years of experience, he specializes in real estate law, land use planning, and zoning. Focusing his prestigious practice on and using development planning, zoning, real estate, and litigation, Mr. Addesso works tirelessly to attain the best possible results for his clients. He began his illustrious career at the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Then, he worked at the Law Offices of Riley & Riley, where he gained experience in civil and criminal matters in corporate law, personal injury, and other litigation. Mr. Addesso earned his bachelor’s degree in 1969 from Iona College. Subsequently, in 1973, he attained his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. Admitted to practice in New York, Mr. Addesso also represents clients before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the New York State Office of Court Administration. Well-known for his exceptional litigation skills, Mr. Addesso enjoys following the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. Passionate about giving back to his society, he is a frequent donor to the ASPCA and veteran groups.
