Judson Kidd

Judson C. Kidd is the managing partner of Dodds, Kidd, Ryan & Rowan, Little Rock, Arkansas. With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Kidd specializes in Family Law, Personal Law, Criminal Law, and Medical Malpractice litigation. Devoting 95% of his practice to litigation, Mr. Kidd is a fierce litigator. Mr. Kidd's expertise lies in crafting arguments that are customized to meet the client's objectives, be it maximum compensation for a car accident, a favorable outcome in a child custody dispute, or a dismissal of criminal charges. He utilizes all available resources to create tailored strategies that cater to the unique needs of everyone. Mr. Kidd handles deeply personal cases, and he approaches each one with compassion. He takes the time to listen to his clients' stories and understand their goals for their case. Mr. Kidd views his clients as partners in determining the best course of action and is always available to address their concerns and ensure they have a clear understanding of their options. In 1972, Mr. Kidd earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1975. A member of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, Mr. Kidd is actively involved in several legal organizations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the American College of Trial Lawyers (Fellow), Arkansas Supreme Court Special Justice, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. As a testament to his career, Mr. Kidd has received numerous awards and accolades, including Super Lawyers (for over 15 years), Super Lawyers (Top 50, Arkansas), Best of Lawyers (2022), Best Lawyers in America (2023), and Little Rock’s Best Lawyers by Little Rock Soiree (2020 – 2022). A frequent donor to the American Heart Association, Mr. Kidd enjoys duck hunting and spending time at his lake house with his grandchildren.
